Joint Meeting of Women

Last day 12 we had our joint meeting of women for Zoom, we shared a precious time in search of God worshiping and praying 55 women together. Miriam shared with us the study “Our relationship with ourselves” encouraging and challenging us to feel good about ourselves. Taking care of our physique with a balanced diet and exercising; having a healthy mind expanding our knowledge and having a reading habit; taking care of the spirit with prayer, reading the Bible; serving others and taking care of our emotional aspect; seek with the help of God the fruit of the Holy Spirit (meekness, self-control, faith in God ...)

He created us with emotions, but not for them to control us and for that to be the case, we have learned three steps:

1- Pay attention to our emotions

2- Identify our emotions

3- Evaluate the veracity of our emotions.

We have been committed to always telling ourselves the truth in every situation of our life, as the Word tells us in Philippians 4: 8 “For the rest, brothers, everything that is true, everything honest, everything just, everything pure , everything kind, everything that is of good name; if there is any virtue, if anything worthy of praise, think about this ”It has been an edifying time for our lives!
